Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage Plans, sometimes called Medicare Part C, are health plan options that are part of the Medicare program. If you join one of these plans, you generally get all your Medicare-covered health care through the Medicare Advantage Plan.

Medicare Supplement

A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance, sold by private companies, can help pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, like co-payments, coinsurance, and deductibles.

If you have Original Medicare and you buy a Medigap policy, Medicare will pay its share of the Medicare-approved amount for covered health care costs.

Medicare Part D

You can sign up for Part D Prescription Drug Plans, which helps cover prescription drug costs, along with other components of Medicare starting three months before your 65th birthday, or if you are under 65 and eligible for Medicare. It's important to do this on time because there' may be a permanent premium surcharge for enrolling after your initial enrollment period if you don't have equivalent drug coverage from another source, such as a retiree plan.

Individual Health Insurance

No one plans to get sick or hurt, but most people need medical care at some point. Health insurance covers these costs and protects you from very high expenses.

Term Life Insurance

Term life insurance coverage can be relatively easy to comparison shop. It simply covers you in the event that you die before the end of the term for which you are covered.

Long Term Care

As we age, the likelihood we will need some type of medical or personal care increases.  We may need long term care - a variety of services which help meet the medical and non-medical needs of people with a chronic illness or disability who cannot care for themselves for long periods of time.
